Spring Well Programme with Melissa Noble (she/her)
Spring Well Programme - Online
Spring Well is an 11-week online programme running from 14 April to 25 June 2026. (People can join any time up until the end of May.)
Each week, participants are invited into a supportive rhythm that includes Group Coaching, Co-working sessions, Creativity for Wellbeing and Neurodiversity support sessions.
Spring Well offers an accessible alternative to coaching and support, with places starting from just £5 per week.
LGBTQIA+ Community Yoga with Ruth (she/her) Zephyrose
Every Tuesday 6:30 PM - 7:45 PM - Worthing
Weekly classes of yoga and meditation for the LGBTQIA+ community and allies in Worthing. Suitable for all adult bodies whatever your shape, size, bendiness, ability, skin tone, gender or sexuality.
This is community yoga, bringing together the LGBTQIA+ community to participate in the joy of moving our bodies with our breath, creating safe enough space to be our authentic selves, to drop the masking and just come as you are, with whatever is going on for you.
Queer Strength Club | Online with Brinny (they/them)

LGBTQIA+ fitness and movement classes to get strong, have fun, and co-regulate with community.
Welcome to QSC Online. This isn't your typical 'no pain, no gain' gym environment. As a non-binary, neurodivergent coach, I prioritise regulation over reps. Whether you’re here to build a little more routine with exercise, build strength or just to find a more accessible way to move your body, you can come exactly as you are.

Join a welcoming, inclusive strength session designed specifically for FLINTA bodies and experiences. This is a semi-private class (max 4 people), so you’ll get plenty of individual coaching while still benefiting from the energy of a small group.
Whether you’re new to strength training or returning after a break, this session focuses on building confidence, learning proper technique, and getting stronger at your own pace.

Spirals & Cycles – a queer retreat with Leni Rolfe (they/he)
A five-day queer yoga retreat, for LGBTQIA+ people to be held and hold one another in a brave space of svadhyaya (self-inquiry) and cyclical wisdom in the Welsh wilderness.
Grounded in daily yoga nidra, breathwork, embodied movement, community living & sharing circles, we will spiral inwards & outwards to connect with our inner cycles (e.g. sleep, menstrual, life) and outer cycles (seasons, lunar, solar). This retreat started in 2023, and is back for its fourth year!

These monthly writing session (one per month, April–September), blend creative exercises with reflective journal prompts. The overarching themes are getting to know yourself more deeply, practising self-compassion and navigating change with clarity and ease.
Riding the waves of Springs energy and into Summer’s sense of possibilities, you’ll explore what’s stirring within, what wants to grow, and what’s ready to be let go. This is a spacious, supportive practice – a place to slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s unfolding in you.
LGBTQIA+ Talking Circle with Ruth (she/her) Zephyrose
Saturdays, monthly - Worthing
Monthly LGBTQIA+ talking circles held on a Saturday at 11am at The Old Bike Store in Worthing
These are small, intimate circles. The sessions are closed, you can't drop in, you need to pre-register.
Circles are modelled on the women's circle idea but for the LGBTQIA+ community. All genders, sex and all queer sexualities welcome. This is not a space for allies, they can support in other ways. You do not need to be out in your LGBTQIA+ identity to join, and you can join if you're exploring this identity and aren't yet sure how you identify.

Write The Book is a year-long writing group for authors-to-be, run by Helen Jane Campbell. This is a one-off FREE TASTER and everyone is welcome.

Qigong and fun practices to bring joy and balance to the heart with Claudia (she/her)
Join experienced qigong teacher Claudia (She / Her / They) and a very LGBTQIA+ friendly group for 50 minutes of simple, uplifting exercises in the park. We’ll be focusing on the themes of summer and a joyful balanced heart. Claudia’s session will be followed by 30 mins of fun and an opportunity to feel a bit more liberated with some practises run by Dolly (They / Them / She / He) who has experience in clowning, improv games and more.
