Spring Well Programme - Online

Spring Well is an 11-week online programme running from 14 April to 25 June 2026. (People can join any time up until the end of May.)

Each week, participants are invited into a supportive rhythm that includes Group Coaching, Co-working sessions, Creativity for Wellbeing and Neurodiversity support sessions.

Spring Well offers an accessible alternative to coaching and support, with places starting from just £5 per week.

This is community yoga, bringing together the LGBTQIA+ community to participate in the joy of moving our bodies with our breath, creating safe enough space to be our authentic selves, to drop the masking and just come as you are, with whatever is going on for you.

A five-day queer yoga retreat, for LGBTQIA+ people to be held and hold one another in a brave space of svadhyaya (self-inquiry) and cyclical wisdom in the Welsh wilderness.

Grounded in daily yoga nidra, breathwork, embodied movement, community living & sharing circles, we will spiral inwards & outwards to connect with our inner cycles (e.g. sleep, menstrual, life) and outer cycles (seasons, lunar, solar). This retreat started in 2023, and is back for its fourth year!

LGBTQIA+ Talking Circle with Ruth (she/her) Zephyrose

Saturdays, monthly - Worthing

Monthly LGBTQIA+ talking circles held on a Saturday at 11am at The Old Bike Store in Worthing

These are small, intimate circles. The sessions are closed, you can't drop in, you need to pre-register.

Circles are modelled on the women's circle idea but for the LGBTQIA+ community. All genders, sex and all queer sexualities welcome. This is not a space for allies, they can support in other ways. You do not need to be out in your LGBTQIA+ identity to join, and you can join if you're exploring this identity and aren't yet sure how you identify.
