Why You Should Sign Up For This Training Workshop

  • For many LGBTQIA+ people, the risk of harmful assumptions being made about their gender or sexuality means they will never step foot inside a yoga studio, fitness space, or therapy room.

  • The recent change to the definition of sex in the Equality Act 2010 and ongoing legal developments are putting trans, non-binary, gender diverse, and intersex people at increased risk of discrimination and harm.

  • LGBTQIA+ folks often feel unwelcome, invisible, or misunderstood in wellness spaces.

  • YOU can change this by learning how to create safer, LGBTQIA+ inclusive and affirming wellness services, spaces, and communities.

Your commitment to inclusivity isn't just about changing lives, it's about creating a future where everyone feels safe, seen, and celebrated on their wellness journey!

Let’s break down barriers, spark some powerful change, and put inclusion at the heart of your business because everyone deserves an equal opportunity to thrive. Many LGBTQIA+ folks are looking for that trustworthy support and safe haven, and that's where you come in.

If you're ready to be that go-to support and welcome more LGBTQIA+ clients into your business, then this training workshop is for you. Discover how to make your services safer, accessible, and genuinely inclusive because right now LGBTQIA+ folks are missing out, and so are you - let's change that together!

In this 1-hour Training Workshop (within a safe learning environment) you’ll learn:

A Message From Sarah Taylor (she/her) Founder Proud Wellness

I’ve been on a mission to support LGBTQIA+ people and communities to live happy, healthy, thriving lives ever since I left my corporate job seven years ago.

And I’ve had so much to learn along the way. Because even though I’m a queer woman myself, LGBTQIA+ communities are incredibly diverse, with many different lived experiences and specific wellbeing challenges.

Proud Wellness brings together not only my own 20 years experience as a training, wellness, and coaching specialist but also a huge collective of incredible LGBTQIA+ and ally wellness practitioners.

We’re here to help wellness practitioners, and organisations create safer spaces for their LGBTQIA+ clients and communities through our tailored inclusion training programmes.

Our Allies In Action Training: Building Safer Wellness Spaces For LGBTQIA+ Communities will give you simple action steps you can take to truly include and affirm LGBTQIA+ people within your wellness business.

See you there!
