The Daylight Saving Club


The Plan

Sessions begin when the clocks go back in October and finish at the end of March. They run on a Wednesday evening and repeat on a Saturday afternoon.

Each month, we’ll cover a mix of these three seasonally-enriching sessions.

Hygge Huddle: Down-to-earth wellbeing

Practical solutions to the challenges of the season to help you stay balanced, buoyant and strong. Find a community without stepping out the door.

Winter Unwind: Completely chill out

Get your comfies on and tune in for pure relaxation. Simple, nourishing activities to help you feel absolutely blissed out.

Creative Sparks: Ignite your winter energy

Connect with your creativity and make the darker days better. We’ll have fun with lots of uplifting activities to leave you feeling energised & inspired.

Key Dates:

Welcome event: Wednesday 22nd October 2025

Closing party: Wednesday 25th March 2026

Hygge Huddle: Wednesday 29th October+ Saturday 1st November (then first week of every month)

Winter Unwind: Wednesday 5th November+ Saturday 8th November (then second week of every month)

Creative Sparks: Wednesday 12th November + Saturday 15th November (then third week of every month)

Cost: £180 for the programme. Proud Wellness members: 20% discount.
