About your Facilitators:
Musa Francis (he/him) is a resilience coach and word witch who helps LGBTQIA+ creative entrepreneurs bloom into calmer, more joyful, and resilient versions of themselves. As queer trans man and founder of BLOOMING QUEER, it’s his mission to help other LGBTQIA+ creative business owners to live boldly, love themselves fiercely, and care for themselves radically—so they can feel their best doing the creative work they love.
Chantel Rose (she/her), founder of Chantel Holistic Wellbeing, brings over 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, working with children and adults across the UK. Throughout her career, she has supported people through their challenges while guiding them towards growth, healing, and emotional well-being.
As a holistic practitioner, Chantel is passionate about empowering you to step into the driver’s seat of your own journey. By blending her mental health expertise with holistic practices, she offers personalised and compassionate guidance that nurtures your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes, a notebook or journal, something to write with, and any sensory aids you need. You’re welcome to bring your own drum or percussion instruments.
