This breathwork session will begin with explaining what you might expect, how to keep yourself safe and supported, and teach the breathing technique.
A 30-minute session of conscious connected breathing, led and supported by Seanna to music will follow.
During the session you will be invited to explore and connect with your own self-compassion, authenticity, letting go, breathing into your dreams and goals, and creativity - you are also free to go on whatever journey you need to… 💫
