LGBTQIA+ Community Yoga with Ruth (she/her) Zephyrose

  • Worthing Quakers 34 Mill Road Worthing, England, BN11 5DR United Kingdom (map)

This isn’t fitness yoga, but somatic yoga – a gentle coming home to yourself, your body, your community, as much as feels safe for you to do so. This is a space where who you are isn’t just tolerated, its where you’re celebrated in all your sparkly glory.

It’s space for us to heal, to support each other, and for us to rise once again. The world is hard enough for us right now, and its getting harder especially for the trans community. This is space where all of us are welcome, especially trans and non binary bodies. This is space for us to all just be without judgement or intrusions

Come, rest, move, breathe, and find a little more space for you to inhabit.

I am trained in kundalini yoga, yoga nidra, somatic embodied and resilient yoga and cultural appreciation for yoga. What I offer is a blend of these, and more as I train in more modalities that I think offer support and healing particularly for those differently abled, neurodivergent, and queer.

Please bring water, and warm clothes for seated or lying meditation. Wear anything that’s comfy to move in. If you need to use a chair, please let me know so I I can be sure to adjust properly for you (chairs are in the room)

Price: £6 - £14 sliding scale.
Classes: Weekly every Tuesday 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
