What to expect:
You can go at your own pace, rest when you want to, and have full autonomy to choose what feels best and right for you.
My classes always start and end with the same low and slow energy warm up/cool down stretch. These are designed to regulate you before and after your movement session.
The main session will build in energy as we move through it. And you can decide how challenging you make any movement.
To make it feel fun and enjoyable, I will be cheering you on, offering adaptations, and providing a curated playlist to help keep the energy flowing!
