Joy isn’t just a fleeting feeling - it’s a potent resource we can nurture to flourish. This session offers a gentle, grounding space to explore what it means to microdose joy through small, intentional practices that support mood, presence, and emotional wellbeing. Through guided visualisation, breathwork, EFT tapping, and reflective journaling, we’ll ease tension, lean into expansiveness, and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and joy. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a reset, this is your invitation to breathe, soften, and make space for what helps you bloom.
