Our Mission is to ensure that every LGBTQIA+ person in the UK has equal access to inclusive and affirming wellness services, and to support the growth and success of under-represented LGBTQIA+ wellness businesses and practitioners.
We envision a future where all wellness services are safe, inclusive and affirming for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that everyone has an equal right to lead a joyful, healthy, and fulfilling life, without exception.
WELLNESS DIRECTORY
We provide instant access to a wide range of verified wellness professionals offering LGBTQIA+ inclusive, affirming and accessible mental health and wellness support services.
TRAINING
We deliver training to wellness professionals and organisations equipping you with the skills, knowledge and understanding to provide LGBTQIA+ inclusive services, and community spaces.
EVENTS
We organise and deliver wellness events for hard to reach, often excluded LGBTQIA+ individuals and groups both in local and national communities, and in the workplace.
BUILDING COMMUNITY
We involve everyone in our plans and decision-making, including Proud Wellness Partners, wellness businesses seeking support, professional industry bodies, and LGBTQIA+ clients accessing our wellness services and joining our events.
IMPROVING LGBTQIA+ WELLNESS
LGBTQIA+ people struggle more than twice as much with anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicidal distress. Proud Wellness aims to improve this by ensuring LGBTQIA+ people can get the help they need without fear of discrimination or further harm.
RAISING AWARENESS
Sadly, the majority of mental health and wellness services are not LGBTQIA+ inclusive, affirming, or accessible. Proud Wellness is here to change this by providing instant access to expert LGBTQIA+ inclusive wellness service providers.

Proud Wellness is a community-driven social enterprise. We co-create our services and training offers with our Proud Wellness Partners.

We’re a regulated non-profit CIC and any profit we make is reinvested into providing LGBTQIA+ Inclusion training and wellness services for LGBTQIA+ people.

For us wellness includes mind, body, and spirit. Our services reflect this. We support all businesses that help LGBTQIA+ people live happier, healthier lives.

LGBTQIA+ people can’t transform the wellness industry alone. We harness the hearts, minds, influence, and collective power of the whole wellness industry. Allies are critical to our success.
SELF CARE
For many of us this work is deeply personal. To drive the change we hope for, we have to prioritise taking care of ourselves - so we can in turn, take care of others.
AWARENESS
We raise awareness of the inequalities and discrimination in wellness for LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking help and LGBTQIA+ wellness professionals.
MOVEMENT
The wellness industry is a powerful force for social change. Wellness doesn’t discriminate - we all need it to live happy, healthy, fulfilled, purposeful lives.

LGBTQIA+ people come from many different backgrounds, often with multiple marginalised identities. We work continuously to improve diversity in our own team and Partner Community.
